Drawing in the LoL Universe-02

Lord Tin- Rage system ( the steam engine gets a moving) Passive that turns on when his rage meter is full, steam comes out... increases miss chance...maybe (haven't thought it through) Blitz style grab but it pulls him towards the target, unlike blitz can do it to allies, turrets and creeps. Can be used to dive in dive out, or to reposition if caught out of position and there is creeps or a teammate in range ect.... I think that's it for him for now.
