Challenge- BPRD

This week was to do a "BPRD" character. You can check out 's hmya [link] Doctor Who as a part of the BPRD would be RAD!

I went the direction of making a new guy. Y- Real name unknown (he has never shared it) He has Anomalous vision. Which is the ability to spot out of place things. From people in a crowd to a set of accounting papers, if there is something out of place Y will see it. He may not know why but his eyes see the discord created by something being out of place. So obviously he would find his way to the BPRD... when is there anything actually "in place" around the bureau
